RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board approve the
set-off (106-13) for ~ohn and Catherine Simicich located at Mattituck,
subject to the review of the Suffolk County Planning Commission.
Parcel to be set-off is 15.262 acres, map dated Dec. 12, 1984.
Please forward six (6) copies of the survey for our referral

Dear Board Members:
On behalf of John Simicich, Jr. and Catherine Simicich, his
wife, we are enclosing six copies of a map showing a set-off
of a lot which is 15.262 acres leaving Mr. Simicich's adjoining
parcel with 11.356 acres.
It is the intention of Catherine Simicich to include the
set-off parcel in the farm land preservation program.
Also enclosed is a check in the amount of $50.00 made payable
to the Planning Board of the Town of Southold together with
the application form and short environmental assessment form.
We respectfully request that the set-off of the parcel from the
existing parcel be considered at your next meeting.

BEGINNING at a point which point intersects the southerly line
of ~emises now or formerly of William Chudiak and which is
distant from a point on the westerly line of Cox Neck Road
forming the southeasterly corner of lands formerly of the Lindsey
