A review of our files indicates that more than a year has
elapsed since our last letter to your agent, Frank Nealon of the
Permit Research & Acquisition Co. Incorporated, a copy of which
is enclosed for your review. The file has been kept open in
anticipation of a written response. Through your agent, our
understanding is that the Hess Corporation has not decided
whether to proceed with this application.
Since this summer, the Planning Board has been meeting with
several of the business owners to your south and east about
improving their property in accordance with a unified
development concept. We would like to meet with you to share
this information and the progress that has been made to date.
