Gentlemen:
Mrs. Lee would like to amend the Minor Subdivision by pivoting
the boundary line between Lots 2 and 3 as shown on the attached
survey, 12 feet to the east. The reasons for this change are as
follows:
1. The encroachment of the driveway servicing Lot 2
would be eliminated.
Although the cesspool for Lot 2 is shown to be some
distance westerly from the boundary line, it is, in fact,
located on or within a foot or two of the existing
boundary line. Changing the boundary line will bring
the cesspool well within the bounds of Lot 2.
I would appreciate it if you would forward to me a letter con-
senting to the amendment. I will be glad to furnish a new map con-
taining all of your descriptive matter.

c. The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issue o Building Permit to the applicant. Such permit
shall be kept on the premises available for inspection throughout the progress of the work.
e. No building shall be occupied or used in whole or in port for any purpose whatever until o Certificate of Occupancy
shall have been granted by the Building Inspector.
