You will note that the dividing line is somewhat different from the one you proposed when Mrs. Moore met with you. The present dividing line conforms to the original descriptions of the deeds and it is further felt that a continuation of the center line of Vanston Road is more desirable. This still gives a frontage of more than dO0 feet on each lot and it could very well be that in the future the owners would prefer one roadway ruzLning along the boundary rather than split roadways as now shown. We also enclose a check in the amount of $30.00 to cover the filing fee of the Application. Please advise us when this minor subdivision has been approved.
