He has 100 foot setback from high water. In answer to what is the bluff line, Mr. Wickham said the top of the bank. The proposed subdivision relative to County, State, and Federal roads, properties and proposals is considered to be satisfactory. As far as this subdivision's impact upon the Town of Southold you may want to consider the following: 1. A short radius curve should be provided at the southeast corner of Grathwohl Road and Kouros Road in order to facilitate maneuvering by vehicles turning the corner. This will help prevent vehicles from encroaching onto Lot 1. 2. The lot line between Lots 3 and 4 should be redesigned so as to create a more useable rear yard for Lot 3. It is unfortunate that the parcel's con- figuration prevents a better lot configuration. Staff comments on a preliminary map do not constitute a review of the map by the Suffolk County Planning Commission.
