At your last meeting, when you reviewed the map, I understaud the question came up of e~tending the 8-foot right-of-way to Lot #l. I spoke to Mrs. Benbow about this matter since she is acquiring Lots #l and #2. She preferred to have the right-of-way merely come to Lot #2 for the reason that if in the future she desired to sell Lot #l, she might not want to include a right-of-way to the beach. Our check for $20.00 is also enclosed to cover your fee.
