Van Manen 71-60 72nd Place Glendale, New York 11227 Dear Mr. Van Manen: The following represents my notes on the meeting you attended with Mr. Van Tuyl on September 11th. "Mr. Van Manen and Roderick Van Tuyl appeared regarding this subdivision. Mr. Raynor informed Mr. Van Manen that the main problem is the improvement of Camp Mineola Road. It will have to be brought up to 50 feet in width and be improved to town specifications. Lots 2 through 4 should be designed so they will use one common driveway. Mr. Van Tuyl suggested that lots 2 and 3 use a common driveway and 1 and 4 use the side roads. There should be some sort of walkway to the park and playground. A key map of the area should be provided on the map. The zoning use to the east has not been shown as being zoned Multiple. Road profiles will be necessary for Camp Mineola Road. VanManen 71-60 72nd Place Glendale , New York 11227 Dear Mr. VanManen: Mr. Raynor discussed with the Town Attorney the major subdivision of your property and the building of a road to -town specifications at the site. The consensus of the Board was that a road must be built to town specifications at this location and you should proceed with one of the following: 1. Build a 50 foot road on your own property adjacent to Camp Mineola Road. 2. Come to an agreement with the property owners who would eventually use the road. 3. Come to an agreement with the property owner on the other side of Camp Mineola Road. VanManen 71-60 72nd Place Glendale, New York 11227 Dear Mr. VanManen: The Planning Board reviewed your map at a regular meeting held December 3, 1979. In particular, Camp Mineola Road was reviewed. The Board feels there are several alternatives in $lis regard. It can be made 50 feet wide and improved to town specifications. It can be done jointly with the adjacent property owner. A bond can be set to build a road at the time the other road is built. Mr. Raynor plans to confer with Town Attorney Robert Tasker on the legality of the matter.
