I have looked over the arovosal and find that the paving does not meet the current Town surfacing specs. However If you are willing to have a sand surface~ I feel that there should be "bank run" sand & gravel on top of the "native soil"and disced in to make a better basel and the second coa~ of oil should be at least ½ gallon of MC2~O per sq yard~ with adequated sand cover. Further~ there should be more floodlighting on the South- east part of the parking lot~ particullarly if it is to be further enlarged~ and screening between the residential property to the eqst.
