Gentlemen)
this is to certify that the following action was taken by
the Southold Town Planning Hoard at their meeting on July 6, 19601
"On motion of Mr. Noisa, seconded by Mr. Young:
WHeREAS Joseph Deerkoski has petitioned the Southold Town
Planning board for final approval of his plat known as "Deer
Park" at Westphalia Road, Mattituck, Now York, and
WHEREAS the Southold Town Superintendent of Highways has
inspected the plat and found the highways in satisfactory con-
dition for reasonable access and in compliance with the Highway
Specifications of the Town of Southold, and his report is approved
by the Planning Hoards and
WHEREAS the Southold Town Planning Hoard, pursuant to due
notice thereof, held a public hearing on the matter of approval
of the plat at which time all interested persons were given an
opportunity to be heard, and
WHEREAS the Southold Town Planning board waives the
provisions in the Rules and Regulations for the Subdivision
of Land requiring park and playground area or cash equivalents

NOW THEREPoltE BE IT RESOLVED that the subdivision known as
"Deer Park" at Westphalia Road, Mattituck, New York, consisting
of 11.18 acres and owned by Joseph Deerkoski, be approved on the
basis that if dedication of the highways to the Town of Southold
is not completed within 90 days from this date performance bond
for their completion will be required.
This plat is generally bounded and described as follows:
Northerly by land now or formerly of C. R. Bennett, 610 feet,
more or loony Easterly by Westphalia Road and land now or formerly
of Taylor, Cox, Monahan and others, 690 feet, more or loony
Southerly by land now o r formerly of Edith Young, 820 feet more
or least and Westerly by land now or formerly of Gillis, 700
feet, more or less.

This is to advise that the Southold Town Planning
Board passed a resolution on July 6, 1960 approving
your subdivision known as "Deer Park" at Nestphalia
Road, Mattituck, New York, on the basis that if
dedication of the highways to the Town of Southold
is not completed within 90 days from this date per-
formance bond for their completion will be required.
The Planning Board also waived the provisions in the
Rules and Regulations for the Subdivision of Land
requiring park and playground area or cash equivalent.
