Dear Mr. Wickham: The Suffolk County Planning Commission at its regular meeting on July 6, 1977 reviewed the proposed subdivision pla~ entitled, "Minor Subdivision-Richard E. Olmsted and Ruth V. Haas", referred to it pursuant to Section 1333 of the Suffolk County Charter. After due study and deliberation it resolved to approve said map subject to the following conditions which are deemed necessary to protect Mattituck Creek: 1. No major building or structure is to be constructed within 100 feet of the high water line. 2. During construction on Lots 2 and 3 erosion control methods are to be utilized to prevent eroded and other materials from being carried into Mattituck Creek. 3. No sanitary disposal facility is to be constructed or placed within 100 feet of the shoreline. 4. No stormwater runoff resulting from the development and improvement of any of the lots within the subdivision is to be permitted to discharge directly into the Creek. 5. The subdivision of this tract is to be made subject to any requirements im- posed under the "Tidal Wetlands Act". 6. The right-of-way is to be redesigned to smooth out the doglegs with curves.
