The following action was taken by the Southold Town Planning
Board at a regular meeting held May 2, 1977.
RESOLVEDto approve the map of the minor subdivision of
property of 01msted and Haas, revised March 10, 1977, subject to
recommendations of the Suffolk County Planning Commission and
restrictions being filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office as
to no further subdivision. It should also be stated on the map
that the property cannot be further subdivided.
When you have filed the covenants and restrictions in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office, drop off a copy to me for the
file.
I will need 6 copies of the map with the notation "No lot
shown to be further subdivided". When I have received these, I
will forwara them to the Suffolk COunty~ Planning Commission for

Dear Mr. Wickham:
The Suffolk County Planning Commission at its regular meeting on July 6, 1977
reviewed the proposed subdivision pla~ entitled, "Minor Subdivision-Richard E.
Olmsted and Ruth V. Haas", referred to it pursuant to Section 1333 of the Suffolk
County Charter. After due study and deliberation it resolved to approve said map
subject to the following conditions which are deemed necessary to protect Mattituck
Creek:
1. No major building or structure is to be constructed within 100 feet of the
high water line.
2. During construction on Lots 2 and 3 erosion control methods are to be
utilized to prevent eroded and other materials from being carried into Mattituck Creek.
3. No sanitary disposal facility is to be constructed or placed within 100 feet
of the shoreline.
4. No stormwater runoff resulting from the development and improvement of any
of the lots within the subdivision is to be permitted to discharge directly into the
Creek.
5. The subdivision of this tract is to be made subject to any requirements im-
posed under the "Tidal Wetlands Act".
6. The right-of-way is to be redesigned to smooth out the doglegs with curves.

Please be advised that pursuant to Section 1333, Article XIII of the Suffolk
County Charter, the above minor subdivision referral will not be reviewed because
of noncompliance with the requirements for notice and maps as stipulated in
Informational Bulletin No. 8 of the Suffolk County Planning Commission.
The following information is required before the referral will be reviewed:
One copy of a grading plan where site grading other than foundation excavation
for a residential building is proposed. If no grading is proposed, a statement to
that effect will be required.
One copy of proposed profiles of streets, roads, and highways. If no new roads
are proposed and no changes will be made in the grades of existing roads, a statement
to that effect will be required.
One copy of proposed drainage plan. If no new drainage structures or alteration
of existing structures are proposed, then a statement to that effect will be required.
Cannot locate property - please provide Suffolk County Tax Map Number.
The required material may be combined on one plan provided that the clarity of
data is not impaired.
