One reason being that they require drainage plans showing that no additional storm water runoff would flow into Mattituck Creek as a result of the construction of a driveway to serve these lots. As you know it has not been general procedure to prepare such plans for a Minor Subdivision, but we are sure that a driveway could be constructed to serve these lots without causing any additional runoff to Mattituck Creek.
