Box 279 Riverhead, NY 11901 / Re: Set-off for Chudiak #368 and #374 Dear Mr. Cuddy: As per your request, I have enclosed a copy of the resolutions approving the set-offs for William Chudiak, these are in the form of a letter to the applicant's attorney since the minutes have not been transcribed as of this date. The set-off #368 is an 80,000square foot parcel bordering the Norris Estate and a 50' private right-of-way off of Cox Neck Road, Mattituck. This set-off was mapped on January 5, 1984 by Van Tyle. The set-off #374 is a 4.9~7 acre parcel on Bergen Avenue, Mattituck, as mapped on Jaunary 27, 1984 by Young and Young. I don't have a legal description as set-offs don't require public hearing.
