Gentlemen:
We are the owners of the lots listed above, and as
such, are requesting a lot line change in conformity with
the map dated May 25, 1989, by Roderick Van Tuyl, P.C.,
change for the following reasons:
The northerly parcel, containing a portion of the
house, is approximately 1.35 acres, and the southerly
parcel, containing a portion of the house, is approximately
.29 acres. We wish to sell the northerly lot, which as
proposed with the new lot lines, will be vacant. It will be
more practical to sell if we had the lot lines changed, so
as to sell the vacant parcel as a unit.
Furthermore, the proposed lots would have a more
uniform size than do the present lots, which we believe is
in the interests of the community as well as any potential
purchasers.
We thank the Board for its consideration of our
request.
