Dear Mr. Wickham:
The following took place at the meeting of the Southold
Town Planning Board on Tuesday, November 13, 1990.
The final public hearing which was held at 7:40 P.M., was
closed.
The following resolution was adopted:
WHEREAS, John and Anne L. Wickham, Thomas Wickham, John L.
Wickham, Stanford Searl, Jr. and J. Parnel Searl are owners of
the property known and designated as SCTM#1000-110-8-32.3 & 33,
located south of Wickham Creek on Cutchogue Harbor, 1100 feet
east of New Suffolk Road in Cutchogue; and
WHEREAS, this Lot-line change, to be known as Proposed
Lot-line change for John Wickham and Others, is for a lot-line
change adding 6,370 feet from a 31.8 acre parcel to a 25,300
square foot parcel; and
WHEREAS, the Southold Town Planning Board, pursuant to the
State Environmental Quality Review Act, (Article 8), Part 617,
declared itself Lead Agency and issued a Negative Declaration on
October 22, 1990; and
WHEREAS, a final public hearing was closed on said
subdivision application at the Town Hall, Southold, New York on
November 13, 1990; and

WHEREAS, all the requirements of the Subdivision
Regulations of the Town of southold have been met; and
be it therefore,
RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Planning Board approve and
authorize the Chairman to endorse the final survey dated August
14, 1990.
Enclosed please find a copy of the map which was endorsed
by the Chairman.

lot-line change:

and north arrow.
Name of subdivision map, if lot is part of a filed
subdivision. Also, show the liber and page number of filed
map.
Name and address of the owners of record.
Name and address of the person preparing th~ map (certified
engineer,land surveyor, architect.) including original seal
and signature.
Property descriptions, dimensions, bearings, square
footage of the properties being changed, square footage of
the land being transfered. The existing and proposed
surveyed boundary lines of both properties must be shown on
one piece of paper.
Areas subject to flooding, including wetlands.
Existing buildings and site improvements, (i.e. fences,
hedges) .
Indicate the existing lot line (dotted line) with the
bearings and distance and the proposed lot line (solid
line) with the new bearing and distance.
Location and name of existing streets or right-of-ways
adjacent to the property.

1. Name and address of both owners must be shown.
2. Property descriptions, dimensions, bearings, square

transferred must be shown.
