JOHN WTCKI3AM: I have talked with Superintendent of Highways Price on this and he says that in order to have the Town accept dedication of the highway it would be necessary to- have .some arrange- ments made for drainage. ACTING CHAIRMAN: I think we can grant this and stipulate that adequatedrainage will be required by the Supertn"Iendent of Highways.
