by the Southo1d Town Planning Board at their regular meeting
held on July 19, 1971:
It was, RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board grant
final approval to the proposed minor subdivision of Ann Rudin,
prpperty located at alE corner of Carrington Road and Vans ton
Road, Cutchogue, New York, subject to receipt of three (3)
copies of revised final maps showing four (4) lots, as request-
ed by the applicant, instead of five (5) lots.
Please forward the revised maps to this office as soon as
possible. Upon receipt the maps will be signed and forwarded

At a meeting of the Southold Town Planning Board held on
May 13, 1971 the revised maps for the proposed minor sub-
division of Ann Rudin were reviewed by the Board. These
maps were not in accordance with the revisions as required
by the Planning Board at their meeting held on April 20th.
