The Planning Board at its work session on February 23, 1998, had
decided to correct the size of the storage addition for the above
applicant, from 410 square feet to 1,380 square, feet by amending the
minutes of the Planning Board meeting of January 26, 1998, to reflect this
correction.

Dear Mr. McGwire:
The following took place at a meeting of the Southold Town Planning Board on
Monday, January 26, 1998:
WHEREAS, North Fork Country Club is the owner of the property known and
designated as SCTM# 1000-109-4-8.3 located at Main Road, Cutchogue; and
WHEREAS, a not for profit country club is a permitted use, by special exception,
in this Agricultural-Conservation (AC) zone; and
WHEREAS, an examination has been made of all uses and the existing parking
was determined to be adequate for all uses; and
WHEREAS, the proposed,~sq,~are foot addition to an existing storage
building will not be a more intensive use of this property; and
WHEREAS, the Architectural Review Committee has approved the elevation
drawings on January 22, 1998; and
WHEREAS, any violation of the conditions of this resolution may be grounds for
.resci,nding this waiver; be it therefore

Existing driveway cut on north of building will be
eliminated. There is a driveway exit at south end of the
building. It will only be used for overflow parking when a
tournament is being played.
Drawings provided to you were to show elevations only.
Building will have:

Dear Mr. Strang:
On January 2, 1998, the Planning Board received a Site Plan Waiver
request for the above mentioned site. The Planning Board reviewed the
request at the work session last night, and asked that I send it to the
Architectural Review Committee for review. Please note that Bob Kassner
will be processing the site plan waiver request. However, he is on
vacation until January 20th.

Dear Mr. Orlowski:
Enclosed please find:
1. Request of Waiver of Site Plan Requirements.
2. Plans indicating elevations and construction plans.
3. Site Plan.
We proposed to build an addition to our existing cart barn.
The purpose of this addition is our requirement for storage of
golf carts and golf bags. This project will not result in more
intensive use of the property and no additional on site parking
of vehicles will result.
This addition will enhance the overall appearance of the
club and will be attractive to our neighbors, as well as the
public. It will have shrubs along the westerly and northern
sides of the building.
We look forward to your early approval of this application
since we intend to complete this work prior to the beginning of
the coming golf season (March 18, 1998). Please contact the
undersigned if you have any questions in connection with this
