Gentlem-n; I have been asked to compute the parking requirements for a proposed addition on office for "Firest Towne Realty" (Drell Corp)~ ~ain Road & Linded (Moores La) Ave.~ Cutchogue. From the infromation at hand I have determined there will be about 1242 sq ft usable office floor area. This will require 4347 sq ft parking area. There is room for four (4) spaces on the southerly side (back) the building = 14OO Sq ft. AND 3397 ~ sq ft along the west line. This will give ~797 sq ft of parking OR 13 spaces AND a ten (10) ft roadway through the property which should be sufficient for thecurrent use - real estate office.
