NEGATIVE DECLARATION
April 26, 1982
Pursuant to Article 8 of the Environmental Conservation Law
State Environmental Quality Review Act and 6NYCRR Part 617, Section
617.10 and Chapter 44 of the Code of the Town of Southold, notice is
hereby given that Southold Town Planning Board as lead agency for
the action described below has determined that the project will not
have a significant effect on the environment.
DESCRIPTION OF ACTION
The minor subdivision of Paul Kaloski is a two-lot subdivision
located at Cutchogue.
The project has been determined not to have a significant
effect on the environment for the following reasons:
An environmental assessment has been submitted which
indicated that no significant adverse effects to the
environment were likely to occur should the project
be implemented as planned.
Because there has been no response in the allotted
time from the New York State Department of Environ-
mental Conservation it is assumed that there is no
objection nor comments by that agency.
The Suffolk County Department of Health Services has
indicated its agreement with the lead agency designation.
Conditions may be encountered with obtaining potable water
due to the effects of agriculture on the groundwater supply.
Based upon the contour map submitted, the installation of
the septic system may be affected by drainage problems.
The project will meet all the requirements of the Code
of the Town of Southold Subdivision of Land Regulations.

ALL that certain piece, parcel or tract of land with the
buildings and improvements thereon, situate, lying and being at Cutchogue, Town
of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as
follows: North by land of Mike Burns, East by Horton's Lane, South by land formerly
owned by John Symerczk, now owned by Stanley Juba and Francisca Bush and on the
West by land of Joseph Dicki, containing by estimation Forty Four acres more or

TOGETHER with the appurtenances; and all the estate and rights
of the said parties of the first part, in and to said premises. TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the above granted p~emises unto the said parties of the second part their heirs
and assigns forever. The purchasers under this conveyance reside as folloWSJ
Cutchogue, Suffolk County, New York
ANDthe said John Symerczk does covenant with the said party of
the second part as follows: FIRST. That the said parties of the first part,
are seized of the said premises in fee simple, and have good right to convey
the same; SECOND. That the parties of the second part shall quietly enjoy the
said premises; THIRD. That the said premises are free from incumbrances; FOURTH.
That the parties of ,the first part will execute or procure any further necessary
assurance of the title to said premises. FIFTH. That the said John Symerczk will
