MINOR SUBDIVISION FINAL INSPECTION - ACCESS ROADS COMMENTS: Was advised by owner' s contractor, Mr. R. Nine, that the two access roads into the above subdivision were completed. One road is 150 ft. north of Rachael ' s Road and on the east side of Elijah' s Lane . The other is opposite Tabor Road also on the east side of Elijah' s Lane. The length of the roads is in accordance with the plans . The widths are 15 ft. as recommended in Report No . 305. The stone blend top course is 2" $ in depth. I made an inspection of the work on April 16, 1984. Both roads were satisfactory with the exception of a low area in the road opposite Tabor road. The low area would require additional stone blend top course for correction. I notified the contractor of this condition. April 17 , 1984: I met R.
