Planning Board, Monday, October 18, 1982.
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board approve
the sketch map of the minor subdivision of Frederick E.
Bossert, dated February 18, 1976 and amended August 20,
1982, to be located at Mattituck.
In order that we might expedite necessary referrals to
state and county agencies, please forward six (6) copies

The following action was taken by the Southold Town Planning Board,
Monday, August 2, 1982:
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board declare itself lead
agency in regard to the State Environmental Quality Review Act in
the matter of the minor subdivision of Frederick E. Bossert, located
at Mattituck. An initial determination of nonsignificance has been
made.
Prior to the board taking further action, it is requested that the
maps meet those requirements stated in Article IV, Section A106-40
which I have enclosed for your review. Please forward six (6) copies
to this office so that we might expedite further actions by this
board.
