The motion was lost for a second as the Board felt the proposed sub- division required more study. On motion made by Mr. Raynor, seconded by Mr. Coyle, it was RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board approve the map of the minor subdivision of Charles Rizzo and Virginia Rizzo dated November 8, 1974.
