We would appreciate any suggestions to bring the specifications more in line with town wishes or requirements. We are in a position to offer a number of services in connection with this project. If the concept is approved for further design, we can report to the town on detailed site suitability, soil qualifications, evaluate design proposals for the town, test a limited number of soil samples for grain size distribution, and work closely with town officials to check the installation. We would like to suggest that the town require bond coverage for the proposed plantings; that the town require SCS&WCD determination that swales are adequate before certificates of occupancy are issued for the homes that will be built, - and that the town schedule an opportunity for us to meet with those town employ- ees and other community leaders who will be directly involved with this proj- ect to go over the technology, proceedures and objectives of this type of in- stallation. We will be happy to work with you on further details involving the above points. Charles R.
