Mr. Stanley Sledjeski, the developer of this subdivision, has contracted with Paul Corazzini & Sons, Inc., Greenport, New York, to apply the final application of oil and cover same with bluestone. As of this date, Mr. Corazzini has not performed this work and it is Mr. Sledjeski's under- standing that it will not be completed until spring of next year. Therefore, plursuant to Section 2'77('1) of the Town Law, I am requesting on behalf of Mr. Sledjeski that this Per- formance Bond be extended until June 30, '19'7'f, so that the work might be completed by the contractor and approved by the Southold TOWY~ Highway Superintendent.
