Mr. Stanley Sledjeski, the developer of this subdivision, has contracted with Paul Corazzini & Sons, Inc., Greenport, New York, to apply the final application of oil and cover same with bluestone. As of this date, Mr. Corazzini has not performed this work and it is Mr. Sledjeski's under- standing that it will not be completed until spring of next year. Y., filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on 196'7, File No. and in order to provide for the beneficial and harmonious; development and use of "Sunset Knolls", Stanley J. Sledzieski. and Helen Sledzieski, his wife, desire to impose certain restrictions and covenants upon "Sunset Knolls" which shall be Minding on all the purchasers and mortgagees of individ- ual lots, their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns.
