On motion by Mr. Moisa, seconded by Mr. Raynor, it was
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board transmit
the proposed minor subdivision of Ralph Tuthill, property
located at NIS Wickham Avenue (off W/S of right-of-way) ,
Mattituck, New York, to the Suffolk County Health Dept. for
their inspection and approval.
Letter to be sent to Mr. Tuthill advising him of the
procedure and requesting the necessary number of maps and
completion of Health Dept. forms.
