Dear Mr. Cron:
The following action was taken by the Southold Town Planning
Board, Monday, November 18, 1985.
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board approve
the lot-line change for Stanley and Louise Gould located
at Nassau Point Road, Nassau Point. Survey dated as last
amended September 17, 1985 .
It was noted that this lot line change was to allow the
existing tennis court to be only on Lot No. 3 of the approved
minor subdivision. Lot No. 1 will contain 62, 180 square feet
and Lot No. 3 will contain 48, 090 square feet.
When the Chairman has endorsed the surveys, we will forward
one to your office.

buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and
being in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, State of New York,
known and designated on "Amended Map 'A' of Nassau Point, owned by

Dear Mr. Tasker:
Enclosed is a covering from Mr. Richard Cron, esq. and a
survey map for property of Stanley and Louise Gould. Also
enclosed is survey map for the approved three-lot subdivision
of the Goulds which was done in 1982.
As you can see, the applicant proposes to relocate the lot
lines so the existing tennis court could be entirely on Lot No.
3 of the approved subdivision .
The Board questions the procedure for this , could it be
handled as a lot-line change?

After reviewing the proposal of Stanley and Louise Gould
(your letter of June 14 , 1985) with the Town Attorney, it is
the consensus of the Planning Board that this could be handled-
as a lot-line change.
Please use the same application as for a minor subdivision,
indicating that your are requesting a lot-line change.
Would you please have the surveyor indicate on the surveys
submitted the present lot-line and proposed lot-line, as well
as, the current and proposed acreage for each lot.

Re: Minor Subdivision Map
of Stanley and Louise Gould
Dear Mr. Orlowski:
A review of your records will indicate that on July 19 ,
1982 the Planning Board approved a three-lot minor subdivision
in the above captioned. Unfortunately, at the time that this
map was submitted for approval, there was no indication of the
existence of a tennis court which was partly located on Lot
No. 171 and partly on Lot No. 172 .
Enclosed herewith is a revised map of the minor sub-
division with a proposed revision in the lot lines, so that the
existing tennis court would be solely confined to one of the
three lots in the minor subdivision.
In the revised proposal, the area of Lot No. 1 would be
reduced from 69 ,700 sq. ft. to 02, 180 sq. ft. and the area of
Lot No. 3 would be increased from 40 , 000 sq. ft. to 48 ,090 sq. ft.
If the Planning board finds the proposed revisions satis-
factory, I should appreciate hearing from the Board as to its
requirements in the number of maps to be submitted and any addi-
tional data required, in order that we might at this time secure
approval of the revised map.
I shall await your advices relative to the foregoing.
