Dear Mr. Gould
The following action was taken by the Southold Town Planning Board,
MondaYr July 19, 1982:
RESOLVED that whereas, a formal application for the approval of a
subdivision plat entitled Stanley & Louise Gould located at
Cutchogue was submitted to the Planning Board on March 17, 1982
and, an application fee of $75 was paid on May 24, 1982, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on said subdivision application
and plat at the Town Hall, Southold, New York, on June 28, 1982 at
7:45 p.m., and
WHEREAS, the requirements of the Subdivisio~ Regulations of the Town
of Southold have been met by said subdivision plat and application,
NOW, therefore, be it RESOLVED that the application of Stanley &
Louise Gould for approval of said subdivision plat prepared by
Roderick Van Tuyl, P.C. dated May 19, 1982 , be approved and the
chairman be authorized to endorse approval on said subdivision plat
subject to the following condition:

State Environmental Quality Review Act and 6NYCRR Part 617, Section

hereby given that Southold Town Planning Board as lead agency for
the action described below has determined that the project will not
have a significant effect on the environment.
DESCRIPTION OF ACTION
The minor subdivision of Stanley & Louise Gould is a three-lot
subdivision located at Nassau Point.
The project has been determined not to have a significant
effect on the environment for the fOllowing reasons:
An environmental assessment has been submitted which
indicated that no significant adverse effects to the
environment were likely to occur should the project
be implemented as planned.
Because there has been no response in the allotted time
from the New York State Department of Environmental
Conservation it is assumed that there is no objection
nor comments by that agency.
Because there has been no response in the allotted
time from the Suffolk County Department of Health
Services it is assumed that there is no objection nor
comments by that agency.
The project will meet all the requirements of the Code
of the Town of Southold Subdivision of Land Regulations.

Monday April 12, 1982:
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board declare itself lead
agency in regard to the State Environmental Quality Review Actil1'
the matter of the minor subdivision of property entitled Stanley &
Louise Gould, locat:ed at Nassau Point. An initial determination of
nonsignificance haE' been made.
The board requests the lot designated as #171 to be numbered as part
of this subdivision and should contain at least 40,000 square feet
as required by the zoning ordinance. In addition, the board would
request a key map t.o be included on your proposed map.
The board will make. a field inspection of this property prior to our
meeting of April 26, 1982. Please submit nine copies of the map,
indicating the above so that we might refer them to the County and
