Gentlemen:
To help in your consideration of the enclosed
application it is important to know that I purchased
thlS property in 1971 wit~ the full intention of
using it for two homes, one for my son and the other
for my retirement home.
The present home was completed in 1973 and occupies
one half of the plot. My son, Hobert and his family live
in this house. He works at the Greenport Hospital. I
will retire next Januray and will need a home ouilt on
the other lot as a reti~ement nome for my wife and self.
These were my plans from the first as you Can see
by the enclosed survey.
