The Planning Board has received a request for a site plan waiver for the
above referenced property.
The project involves the extension of the rear dormer by 15' to install a
new roof with a greater pitch to prevent existing water leaks.
This construction will not result in additional parking and is not not
considered a more intensive use of the property.
The Board grants a waiver of site plan requirements for this construction.
