My clients advise me that it is their understanding, based upon discussions with your
office that the above property will be eligible for one acre zoning if and when my clients
choose to develop same.
Please be advised that my clients are in the process of entering into a contract to
purchase this property and that understanding is crucial to their ability and desire to
consummate the transaction.
