This is to iriform you that the school building moved to the property of the Cutchogue
United Methodist Church have been determined to be a Type II action under SEQRA.
Therefore, the project is not subject to SEQRA, and this Board will not make a
Declaration.

Dear Reverend Doyle,
Thank you for your letter of February 21,2001 regarding the above project.
The Board has no objection to you moving the building to the temporary location at your
parking lot.
When the building is placed on a permanent foundation the Board would request a survey
of the property showing the location of the building.

Dear Mr. Orlowski,
The Cutchogue United Methodist Church was successful in
its bid to purchase a classroom from the Mattituck Cutchogue
UFSD.
We now have thirty (30) days to locate this unit. We are
seeking to locate the unit on the North East Corner of our
parking area until all the proper permits have been issued by
the town.
When the above have been obtained it is our intention to
place the building on a full foundation.
This classroom unit will enable us to accommodate our
expanding Sunday School.
