This will bring the dividing lina batween Lots 1 and 2 on Elijah's Lane to approximately the 12th row of vines North of the farmroad which leads out to Elijah's Lane. As tha vines ara now unproductive at this point and will require replacement, placing the division line at this location will not disrupt any current farming operation. We hava consulted with several authorities in the agricultural industry, and have been advised that a small farm parcel of the size proposed for Lot 2 is very marketabla and productive for agricultural purposes.
