However, the fee that was sut~ittedwith the application was not correct. Please submit a check for the difference between the new fee and the one-hundred (100) dollars that was suba~tted to the Board using the old fee schedule. The new fee can be computed as follows: "The application fee for a new site plan shall be one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00) per acre or any frac- tion thereof, plus two and one-half cents (2.5~) per · square foot of building area." Indicate what changes are proposed to be made to either the buildings or the site itself. me Include a drawing similiar to a floor plan showing the proposed use of the existing floor area. The drawing must be at a scale of 1" = 20'. 3. List on the drawing the following .information: Square footage of each proposed use by type: for instance; retail, wholesale, office, storage, manufacturing, etc. Required number of parking spaces. This number is based on the square footage of floor area that is devoted per type of use. The following table should be used as a guide: Retail space 1 parking space for every 100 square feet floor area Office space - 1 parking space for every 150 square feet floor area Storage and manufacturing space - 1 parking space for every 500 square feet floor area Upon receipt of this information, the Planning Board will review your request. You will be notified in writing of'the Board's decision. A copy of the request and the Board's decision will be filed with the site plan records and with the Building Department. If a waiver is granted, you will be required to bring the site into compliance with the latest approved site plan if the site is not in compliance. jd
