Dear Mr. Toglia,
The Planning Board has received your letter of June 30, 1998, and your
preliminary site plan.
Enclosed is a site plan application The Board needs to know the use, or
uses, that are proposed for the site. The property is presently improved
with a two story residence and a one story metal building. The area for
each use in this zone is 80,000 square feet per use, your property is
34,070 square feet. However, you may have two preexisting uses, and ff
the use has not been discontinued for two years it may be allowed to
continue.
Please provide the Board with a letter, giving all details as requested
above, and a completed site plan application and site plan fee as
contained in the instructions accompanying the application.
The Board will proceed with your review as soon as it receives the
requested material.
