Dear Mr. Smith:
The following action was taken by the Southold Town
Planning Board, Monday, November 7, 1983.
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board approve
a set-off (106-13) as indicated on the map of William P.
Riley subject to the filing and recording of covenants and
restrictions stating no:: further subdivision will be made
on the 5-3/4 acre parcel in the future, approval by the
Zoning Board of Appeals and consideration of recommendations
from the Suffolk County Planning Commission.
Please contact the Building Department for correct pro-
cedure and application to the Zoning Board of Appeals. We
require six copies of the final map for our referrals to the
County (see enclosed information for final map). Upon receipt
we will make necessary referral.

Gentlemen:
The fOllowing statements are offered for your consideration
in the review of the above-mentioned minor subdivision and its
referral to the Suffolk County Planning Commission:
(1) No grading, other than foundation excavation for a
residential building is proposed.
(2) No new roads are proposed and no changes will be made in
the grades of the existing roads.
