RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board refer the following comments to the Zoning Board of Appeals regarding the set-off application for James periconi and Marion Cimini: 1. It was noted that there are presently two dwellings on the lot; upon field inspection it appears that both are occupied, however, one may be a seasonal home. 2. This set-off would lesson the non-conformity of the l04which presently has two dwellings on it.
