Dear Mr. Bruer:
The following action was taken by the Southold Town Planning
Board, Monday, April 15, 1985.
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board refer the
following comments to the Zoning Board of Appeals regarding the
set-off application for James periconi and Marion Cimini:
1. It was noted that there are presently two dwellings on
the lot; upon field inspection it appears that both are occupied,
however, one may be a seasonal home.
2. This set-off would lesson the non-conformity of the
l04which presently has two dwellings on it.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact
our office.
