Dear Mr. Wickham:
The enclosed application for your minor subdivision
does not meet the present zoning requirements of 80,000
square foot lots. Although your application was distributed
and reviewed by each member of the Planning Board, it did
not receive sketch approval prior to May 20, 1983 on which
date the Southold Town Board legislated new zoning require-
ments as noted above, and is therefore being returned.

Re: Set-Off for Walter Teresko Property
Gentlemen:
I enclose the following:
1. Application for approval, in duplicate;
2. Short Environmental Assessment Form;
3. No Grading Letter;
4. Six copies of the survey;
5. Check for $25.00;
6. Description of the property.
I am most reluctant to have to submit this application,
but I have no alternative. The applicant, MarkV.
Rickabaugh, has contracted to purchase the parcel from
Walter Teresko. Mr. Teresko's attorney, Richard Lark, ad-
vises, however, that Mr. Teresko is not willing to make any
application to your Board or contribute in any way, in-
cluding any survey work that you may require. I am there-
fore submitting the surveys which were used when Teresko
purchased the strip from the Case family in 1978. Although
Mr. Rickabaugh is taking this property in his own name at
this time, he will have a right of way through the Suffolk
Lane parcel, and it is his intention to convey interests in
the parcel to the two other owners of the Suffolk Lane
parcel.
Please advise if you have any other requirements for
this application for which your cooperation would be greatly
appreciated.
