Board at a regular meeting held September 19, 1977.
RESOLVED to approve the sketch map of the subdivision of
Shackman and Company, said map dated October 11, 1976 and revised
August 3, 1977. Lots 3 and 4 are to remain exclusively business
d~lct. Covenants and restrictions must be filed as ~ono
further subdivision of lots I and 2.
I am enclosing application which must be completed in
duplicate and sent to this office along with the feelof ml0 ner
lot and a legal description of the property, 6 copies of map.

The Planning Board discussed this subdivision of property
at its last regular meeting which was held May 2nd.
The Planning Board would like two 50 foot rights-of-way
designated on this map. One should be directly in back of the
business property and the other on the northerly end. These
should also contain the wording "Reserved for possible future
dedication to the Town of Southo1d".

If this letter has been improperly directed to you, I
would appreciate it if you would see that it goes to the proper
persona.
The southerly nine acres of property of Mr. Catalano is
presently being considered for a minor subdivision of
property. It is the policy of the Planning Board to inquire
as to whether the Laurel Cemetery Association is interested in
acquiring more land before the subdivision is finalized. The
attorney for the prospective purchaser of the property has
indicated that his client would probably be interested in
selling some of the property to the Association.

I would appreciate it if you would let me have the views
of the Association on this matter.
