Dear Mr. Baker:
RESOLVED, that Appeal No. 3172, application for ESTELLE
WYDUR for a proposed division of property for sale to an
adjoining property owner, be held temporarily in abeyance
pending review and receipt of comments from the Southold Town
Planning Board.
Once we have received comments from the Planning Board
on this proposed division, your variance application would then
be reconsidered for public hearing to be held at the next
possible date after we have advertised same pursuant to law.
Please keep us informed regarding developments with the
Planning Board.
