Please note that the application was submitted with the anticipation that the dividing boundaries between the two lots would be left up to the discretion of the Planning Board and were therefore penciled in merely as a guide line. Considerable progress has already been made with the Department of Environmental Conservation and I am confident that approvals are forthcoming within several weeks. It should be noted that this property exhibits several charac- teristics which make it unique. These include the ownership of land lying under Cedar Lane, Beach Court and those lots indicated as No. 167 to 172 which are underwater.
