The Planning Board reviewed the request for approval of
access by Robert T. Bayley for property located at South Harbor
Road, Southold.
Its only concern was how many people use this right-of-way
and whether the division of the property would jeopardize the
traffic flow.

DESCRIPTION: Minor Subdivision of Robert T. Bayley
Southold
Beginning at the northerly corner of the premises herein
described, said point being the northeasterly corner of land
of Robert Paul andadjoining land of Charles Blake, said point
also being about 700 feet southeasterly along a certain right
of way from the easterly line of South Harbor Road; running
thence along said land of Blake, five courses:
(1 ) S. 270 01 ' 30" E. - 121 .68 feet; thence
(2) S. 170 15' 00" E. - 258.07 feet; thence
(3) S. 90 11 ' 30" E. - 121 .01 feet; thence
(4) S. 30 37' 20" E. - 158.32 feet; thence
(5) S. 240 53' 00" E. - 76.06 feet So land of of Ballenger;
thence along said land of Ballenger, S. 9 00' W, - 285 feet, more
or less, to ordinary high water mark of Peconic Bay; thence west-
erly along said high water mark 248 feet, more or less, to said
land of Robert Paul; thence along said land of Paul, two courses:

Gentlemen:
The following statements are offered for your consideration
in the review of the above-mentioned minor subdivision and its
referral to the Suffolk County Planning Commission:
(1) No grading, other than foundation excavation for a
residential building is proposed.
(2) No new roads are proposed and no changes will be made in
the grades of the existing roads.
(3) No new drainage structures or alteration of existing
structures are proposed.
