Mr. Henry Raynor, Chairman
Planning Board
T own of Southold
Main Road
Southold, New York
D ear Mr. Raynor:
I enclose, herewith, a map showing lots on Summit and Miriam Drives.
At the present time, there is a right of way between Lots #12 and #13,
7 -1/2 feet on either lot.
I am considering the relocation of this right of way to be wholly in the
south half of lot #12 on its west boundry. Is it necessary for me to
obtain the permission of the Planning Board in order to effect this
change?
In the event the change were made, it will in no way affect the ingress
or egress to any of the lots involved in the right of way.
At the present time, I am the owner of the south half of lot #12, and
my wife and I own the south half of lot #13 as our permanent residence.
Your consideration in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Dr. Bloom:
We are in receipt of your letter inquiring about the
relocation of the right-of-way between lots #12 and #13.
Kindly forward six (6) surveys designating the reloca-
tion of the right-of-way in the area you propose. I have
enclosed an application for your completion as this will
be considered by our board as a lot line change. The
sketch submitted to our office is unacceptable for any
action from this board.
Upon receipt of the above, we will place the matter on
the next available Planning Board agenda.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact
our office.
Very truly yours,
HENRY E. RAYNOR, JR., CHAIRMAN
SOUTH OLD TOWN PLANNING BOARD
