The following action was taken by the Southold Town
Planning Board, Monday, January 10, 1983.
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board approve
a set-off (106-13) on the property of Jon R. & Henrietta
Chituk as designated on the map survey of George Pontino &
Stella Pontino, dated October 14, 1982, in which said parcel
will be conveyed to George & Stella Pontino.
Please forward the filing fee in the amount of $50 to
our office, along with three (3) copies of the above mentioned
survey at which time the Chairman will endorse approval; two
copies will be returned to you for your records.
