New Yorks and WHEREAS the, Southold Town Superintendent of Highways has inspected the plat and found the highways in satisfactory con- dition for reasonable access and in compliance with the Highway Specifications of theTown of Southold, and his report is approved by the Planning Boards and WHEREAS the Southold Town Planning Board, pursuant to due notice thereof, held a public hearing on the matter of approval of the plat at which time all interested persons given an opportunity to be heaidj and WHdREAS the Southold Town Planning Board waives the provision in the Rules and Regulations for the Subdivision of Land requiring park and playground area or cash equivaientt i Yage 2 - Southold Town Board 1 I NOW THEREFORE BE ST RESOLVED that the subdivision known as "Sunny Shores" at East Cutchogue, New York, consisting of 14.7 acres and owned by Wilson Tuthill, be approved on the basis that if dedication of the highways to the Town of Southold is not completed within 90 days from this date, performance bond for their completion will be required. This plat is generally bounded and described as follows: Northerly by land now or formerly of William Beebe and others, 1030 feet, more or lass; Easterly by Little Neck Road, 685 feet, more or lass; southerly by other land now or formerly of Wilson Tuthill 930 feet more or less; and Westerly by Eugene's Creek 800 feet more or less.
