Box 1179 Southold, NY 11971 Gentlemen: The Cutchogue Fire District (hereinafter referred to as "CFD") is the owner of a 2.143 acre (93,360 square feet) parcel of land located at 355 New Suffolk Road, Cutchogue, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York (SCTM #1000-102.00-06.00- 011.000. CFD has owned this property since 1957 and located thereon are two aluminum storage buildings, a wood tournament tower and timber planter. CFD utilizes this property for storage, parking, tournaments, drills, and events. On August 31, 2001, CFD entered into a contract to purchase 28,880.975 square feet (.663 acre) from its adjoining southerly neighbors, James F. Grathwohl and Emily G. Victoria (hereinafter referred to as Grathwohl/Victoria), subject to approval of a lot line change by the Southold Town Planning Board.
