Dear Mr. Horton:
The Planning Board made a field inspection of the Gemma
site plan at the Main Road, Cutchogue, on September 22, 1984.
It was noted that there is a building at the rear of the lot
which is abandons-.~ and in a dilapidated condition.
It was the consensus of the Board to recommend that the
building be considered unsafe pursuant to Section 90 of the
Southold Town Ordinance and the necessary steps taken with
regard to it~ removal.
If you have any questions, please contact our office.
The tax map of the property is 1000- 102-5-21.

Re: Gemmm site plan application
Gentlemen:
I discussed your request for asphalt paving with Mr.
Gemma. He advises me that he had intended to install
bluestone on the drive and parking area. He feels this
would look better than asphalt. He also believes that
it would be more economically feasible than asphalt
which is very expensive.
We would appreciate your consideration of Mr. Gen~na's
request for use of bluestone rather than asphalt at your
earliest convenience.

Dear Ms. Wickham:
The following recommendation was made at the Planning
Board meeting of Monday, July 9, 1984.
It was the consensus of the Board, following a field
inspection, that the ingress and egress should be more
centrally positioned on the lot and at right angles
with the Main Road.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to
contact this office.
