It was noted that there is a building at the rear of the lot which is abandons-.~ and in a dilapidated condition. It was the consensus of the Board to recommend that the building be considered unsafe pursuant to Section 90 of the Southold Town Ordinance and the necessary steps taken with regard to it~ removal. He advises me that he had intended to install bluestone on the drive and parking area. He feels this would look better than asphalt. He also believes that it would be more economically feasible than asphalt which is very expensive. RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board refer the site plan of Pasquale and Penelope Gemma for a restaurant and gift shop located at Cutchogue to the Building Department for certification, subject to receipt of six (6) maps indicating asphalt paving and drainage.
