Re: Set-Off of Frank Machinchick for Pat Gorman
Gentlemen:
In response to your letter of February 2, 1984,
Pat Gorman's wife, Anna, was one of the heirs of the
estate of Frank Machinchick and, therefore, the owner
of a partial interest in the real estate owned by the
estate. Pat Gorman acquired his wife's interest upon
her death, and he is now an owner of the estate property.
The heirs of the Frank Machinchick Estate have
contracted to sell the large parcel marked as Parcel 2,
and have agreed that Parcel 1 will be conveyed to Pat
Gorman upon the sale as an addition to his residence
parcel.
If you have any further questions, please feel free
to contact me.
Sincerely yours,
Abfgail A. Wickham
