Pat Gorman acquired his wife's interest upon her death, and he is now an owner of the estate property. The heirs of the Frank Machinchick Estate have contracted to sell the large parcel marked as Parcel 2, and have agreed that Parcel 1 will be conveyed to Pat Gorman upon the sale as an addition to his residence parcel.
