Lot line change with Scott,John 1000-102-2-23 Dear Rob: Pursuant to our conversation,l enclose a tax map showing an outline of a proposed conveyance font John Scott to the Culchogue Cemetery Association of a IS foot strip along the last line of the cemetery. The Association would like to acquire this property in order to have a driveway along the Last side of the graveyard. Since both the Scott farm(44 acres)and the cemetery parcel(17 acres)contain sizeable acreage, the survey expense to map both parcels would be considerable. Given the non-prolit nature of the organization and its limited finances,we would like to request relief from the requirements of a survey showing both properties in their entirely. We have old surveys of both parcels, and a new survey showing the 15 foot strip to be conveyed. The new survey is enclosed. Your usual requirements for deeds and merger affidavits will be met. It is the survey expense we are seeking to avoid. I would appreciate the opportunity to meet with the Board at its Monday work session to review the proposal and obtain any oommcnta the Board may have prior to submitting the lbrmal application.
