The following action was taken by the Southold Town Planning
Board at a regular meeting held November 27, 1978.
RESOLVED to approve the sketch map of the minor subdivision
of Felix and Peter Deerkoski dated October 17, 1978.
Please submit six copies of map showing L~ts I, 2 and 3 as
Section 1 and the remainder as Section 2. Please have the surveyor
locate the house on the Section marked 2.
Sign and have notarized the covenant which I enclose. Also
complete two copies of the application. Submit same to the
Planning Board office together with fee in the amount of$30and
a legal description of the property which is to be included in
Section las the minor subdivision. When I have all these the
matter will be set for a public hearing.
