Dear Mr. Corwin:
Please be advised that the following action was taken at
a Regular Meeting of the board held Thursday, June 17, 1982
concerning the above-entitled variance application:
RESOLVED, that the application for Peter Kuiawski for
(1) approval of the insufficient yard setbacks due to location
of new lot line, and (2) approval of access, be and hereby is
APPROVED, SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
1. This access road shall have a width of not less than
15 feet and be cleared of all trees, brush and other obstruc-
tions to a width of 15 feet.
2. This access road shall be improved in either of the
following two methods:
(a) Surfaced with a minimum depth of four inches of
packed three-quarter-inch stone blend so as -to afford access
for emergency vehicles. Such stone blend may be either applied
to the ground surface and shaped, or the surface may be exca-
vated to permit the application of packed blend to a depth of
four inches, ~
(b) Have topsoil removed to a depth of eight inches
and then filled with eight inches of a good grade stone and sand
bank run. The surface shall then be covered with a layer of two
to four inches of three-quarter-inch stone blend, or in the alter-
native oiled with a minimum of four-tenths of a gallon of road
oil per square yard.
3. No certificate of occupancy shall be issued for the

Dear Mr. Corwin:
The following action was taken by the Southold Town Planning Board,
Monday, May 24, 1982.
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board grant a set-off (106-13)
as designated on the minor subdivision map of Peter Kuiawski, dated
May 6, 1982, located at Cutchogue, subject to the fOllowing conditions
within six (6) months from date of resolution:
1. Receipt of the filing fee in the amount of $50
2. Applicant receiving approval from the Zoning
Board of Appeals
3. Covenants and restrictions filed with the
County Clerk stating that the right-of-way
designated on the map runs with the land
Please forward three copies of the final map, filing fee, and a copy
of the filed covenants and restrictions to this office. At such time
as the above conditions are met, the chairman will endorse his approval
on said maps; two maps will be returned to your office.

Joseph Krupski - Mr. Stanley Corwin, Esq. met with the board to discuss
this approved subdivision. Mr. Corwin submitted a boundary agreement
to the chairman and asked the board to consider this document with
reference to condition number five or to change condition number five
altogether. No action was taken by the board

~ Kuiawski - Mr. Stanley Corwin, Esq. met with the board to discuss
this proposed subdivision. Mr. Raynor informed Mr. Corwin that the
board cannot proceed with this proposal until six copies of the map
reflecting subdivision regulations were submitted to the board. Mr.
Corwin stated that he would forward them to the Planning Board secretary.

7:45 p.m. Public Hearing on the question of approval of the minor
subdivision of Woodhollow Properties, Inc., located at Orient. Mr.
Raynor read legal notice and presented proof of publication in the
Suffolk Weekly Times.
Mr. Raynor: In review of this file recommendations sent forward from
the Suffolk County Department of Planning: The Suffolk County Planning
Commission at its regular meeting on March 3, 1982, reviewed the pro-
posed subdivision plat entitled Minor Subdivision - Woodhollow Prop-
erties, Inc., referred to it pursuant to Section 1333 of the Suffolk
County Charter. After due study and deliberation it resolved to approve
said map subject to the following seven conditions:
1. No lot shall be subdivided or its lot lines changed
in any manner at any future date unless authorized
by the Southold Town Planning Board.
(
2. A short radius curve, preferably with a radius no
greater than 20 feet, shall be, provided at each
corner of each intersection to facilitate turns.
